PayRange Cashless Payment Solution

In most cases, installation is plug & play and takes 2-5 minutes depending on the machine type. For laundry verticals, installation can sometimes be tricky depending on the type of machine model. PayRange compatibility with machines is dependent on the machines communication protocols. Different machine brands speak different languages.
PayRange works with most commercial machines that accept payment. PayRange is compatible with vending MDB standard and our solution simply plug-and-plays into vending machines in less than a minute.

For laundry machines, the machines must be commercial with an electronic payment system. PayRange cashless solution works with both serial and pulse protocol laundry machines. For some advanced features, such as remote pricing, requires your machine to have compatible serial protocol. Otherwise, all other PayRange features work with pulse protocol laundry machines.

Once PayRange is set up and running on your machines,  sales are collected from Sunday through Sunday and we deposit weekly payments to your linked bank account every Monday. 

When you sign up for a PayRange pricing plan, we include premium marketing signage to support you in promoting your new payment technology to your customers. Additionally, we provide marketing materials available for free download from your PayRange MANAGE operator account, as well as provide signage for purchase here.

If you did not purchase a professional installation service, once you receive your PayRange BluKeys you will need to set up an operator account, register and install your devices, link your banking information to your PayRange Manage operator account. Please visit the “PayRange University” for resources to help assist you in the set up.

PayRange Pricing Plans

Upfront costs vary based on your selected PayRange plan and any add-ons. These may include a per-device activation fee, one-time hardware costs, installation services (if selected), and shipping fees for your hardware.

Yes, each PayRange plan requires a 24-month plan term. All PayRange Plans will auto renew annually at end of the two year plan term period. 

The PayRange Essential Plan is only available to operators with up to 500 machines. If you have more than 500 machines, you are not eligible for the Essentials plan and will need to upgrade to either the Plus or Advanced plan.

All PayRange Plans require at least 10 machines to be equipped with PayRange cashless payment solution.

PayRange offers professional installation as an optional add-on for $149 per location up to 50 machines, available with any PayRange plan.
For a limited time, PayRange is offering laundry customers free installation for one location up to 50 machines with a PayRange plan signup.
If you have more than 50 machines or 
multiple locations, you can purchase additional installation add-ons to match your total machine and location count. 

To access future updates and new features on your existing machines, you’ll need to upgrade to a PayRange plan. When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the platform service fee per machine, but the per-device activation fee is waived since you’ve already purchased BluKeys. To get started, please contact PayRange Customer Success team  for assistance.

To add PayRange to additional machines, you’ll need to enroll in one of the available PayRange plans. New machines will be charged a one-time activation fee per device and a weekly platform service fee per machine and the applicable transaction rate for your industry.

With a PayRange plan, hardware is licensed to you for the duration of your contract, and PayRange covers all hardware and software repairs associated with that hardware. A full manufacturer’s warranty is included for the length of the contract, excluding damage caused by theft or vandalism. If you renew your contract, your hardware and software coverage continues for the renewal term.

Once PayRange is set up and running on your machines, you’ll receive weekly payments for all mobile purchases, deposited directly into your linked bank account. The Platform Service fee per machine is billed weekly and will be deducted from your weekly PayRange reimbursements. 

Yes, when you sign up for a PayRange plan, you are automatically enrolled in the PayRange First Purchase Free (FPF) new user campaign. There is no option to disable this feature during the 24-month plan period. The FPF campaign is designed to encourage your customers to download the PayRange mobile app.  On average, operators who promoted the program saw an immediate increase of 30% in mobile sign ups. The feature is fully customizable to your business and you will be able to set the maximum reward value for the first purchase free offer in the PayRange Manage backend business suite.

After the Plan Term expires, the Subscription Program will automatically renew annually unless either party provides written notice of termination. If you choose not to renew after the 24-month term, either party may terminate the program with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination or cancellation of the Subscription Program for any reason, Operator must return all Hardware to PayRange within thirty (30) days, and billing will continue for the fees associated with the Subscription Program until all Hardware has been returned in undamaged condition.

The Connected Room solution is an optional add-on available with both the Plus and Advanced Plans. To enable Connected Room, you’ll need to purchase a one-time PayRange BluKey Connect device—typically one per room or location. Larger rooms or locations may require additional devices. A platform service fee is charged per connected room.

PayRange Payment Processing

PayRange charges a flat processing transaction fee and a PICS fee per mobile transaction. Please refer to your PayRange plan and industry type. Due to varying industry associated processing costs, our transaction rate varies by industry type. A PICS Fee of $0.02 per transaction also applies.

PayRange Professional Installation

Installation includes professional trained installers who will install the required hardware on your machines and takes care of all set up, installation, configuration, testing, and account creation. After signing up for a PayRange plan, you will be contacted by our Customer Support team to schedule your installation appointment. 

A  no show fee of $400.00 will apply to any no show appointments. PayRange will automatically bill the credit card used at plan sign up for any no show appointment.

A  cancellation fee of $400.00 will apply to any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled installation appointment. PayRange will automatically bill the credit card on file.
